The dervishes look like insensitive to the presence of the public who sometimes forgets he is not folklore but a religious rite. Dervishes  dance with repetitive step, arms raised, raised right hand to heaven and left to ground. The hand also is carried by the movement of body and lifting dresses that seem to fly to another world.

When the music stops, the dervishes are grouped in twos or threes and return to the status quo, their spirit and their heads do not seem disturbed … Have they reached the state of trans sought by these rotations?
