On the way to the Tatras mountains
On the way to the Tatras, the train from Krakow delights us with its slowness and forced breaks due to a problem with the door.
The conversations are rife in the corridors, the reason of the failure, the time of departure. Meanwhile, the server wearing a black bolero keeps his composure and offers a coffee with a smile.
Meeting a shepherd in the Tatras mountains
Polish and Slovak side, the sheep are kings in the Tatras. The sheeps offer us a rich milk transformed then into cheese. 
The leaders wear bells that facilitate the gathering of herds and thus enliven the mountain. A joyful cacophony. The shepherds come to meet the travelers and sit down to watch the sun set over the valley. 
Grazing in the Tatras
Located in southern Poland, the Tatra mountains are medium altitudes.
Many herds graze to provide rich milk. Small farms turn milk into cheese.
